THE OBJECTIVE

A Taiwanese technology company, one of the market leader managing millions of active users, sought to modernize its customer data platform (CDP) to deliver personalized experiences and improve customer engagement. The existing platform lacked the flexibility and scalability to manage the rapidly growing user base and the dynamic preferences of Indonesian consumers. Collaborating with our team, the company aimed to transform its CDP using advanced AI capabilities tailored to the unique needs of its local audience.
