Our team delivered a digital transformation for WPP STREAM participants through an integrated platform with the following solutions:

  • Creating a comprehensive digital hub: Developing a unified web-based application as the core of guest activities—from check-in and agenda access to activity registration and shuttle booking—powered by a fully digital and real-time system to ensure a seamless and efficient participant experience.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability: Introducing features designed not only to provide a unique experience but also to significantly reduce paper usage and minimize operational complexity.
  • Boosting participant engagement and interaction: Implementing a holistic design approach to enrich the participant journey, foster connections, and maximize engagement, resulting in a more interactive, personalized, and meaningful event.
